Description |
Doll Petticoat. A doll petticoat made from a plain white cotton, possibly cambric, and trimmed with lace. The narrow waist band has a back closure. The full skirt is gathered onto the band. The back closure has finished seams, with one side overlapping the other. The button or hook and eye fastening is missing. The open weave cotton lace trim is similar to edging used on household linen. |
