Description |
"Overdale" by Emma Jane Worboise. Twenty-first Edition. A red covered book, some fading makes it appear to be burgundy, but the original colour was crimson red. The front cover has the title inlaid in gold surrounded by a rectangle with decorative border, and to the top, left and bottom of the rectangle foliage inlaid in black. At the bottom of the front cover are three butterflies amounst foilage also inlaid in black. The spine has the title, author's surname and publisher's logo printed in gold. The back cover is plain. A novel that explores themes of faith, redemption, and personal transformation. The story follows the life of the protagonist, who undergoes significant moral and spiritual growth throughout the narrative.
