Description |
a) A silver-coloured reflective cylinder with a cone-shaped top and a broadened base. A stripe of brass-coloured metal spirals around the cylinder. Engraved typewritten printing is legible on the stripe of brass-coloured metal. The bottom screws off. The device is filled with a dark granular substance. The top piece and bottom piece screw off. b, c) Rectangular box cover; ends are open and a second box slides into the cover to hold the contents. The second box is also rectangular, but the top is open rather than the ends. The boxes are covered with cloth. The cloth is dark red/purple and some gold print is legible. d) Instruction booklet for using Actina ; Use thoroughly six to twelve times a day. At tope of advertisement on either side of above message are two men who are depicted using the Actina ; below this are the instructions for use & explanation of the product ; general instructions are followed by instructions specifically for: 1) blindness, weakened vision, or sore eyes. 2) deafness. 3) catarrh. 4) caution. |
