Description |
Sewing Basket. A small rectangular wicker basket with a lid made with rounded corners. The vertical outside bands of wicker are wider. With contrasting sections in the center in dark to light brown. These contrasting bands have been created by cutting away the wicker above and below. The inside has thin strips of wicker woven in a crosshatch pattern. Three thicker bands form the rim, stitched in place by wicker "thread". The lid is the same pattern, with an oval woven handle attached. |
