Description |
An album of audio recordings adapted, produced and narrated by Ernest Chappell. The title is A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Album cover (a) is green with a dark green illustration from the novel in a white circle on the middle of the cover. The title is printed in white letters on a drawn red ribbon above the illustration and the credits are contained within another drawn red ribbon below the scene from the novel. The credits and an introduction are printed on a white piece of paper and glued to the inside cover. The records (b-e) are contained within brown paper sleeves which are attached to the album cover. There is a detached tri-fold piece of cardboard (f) that folds around all of the cardboard sleeves. Records are numbered as follows: (b) contains Part 4 on side A (catalogue number 36417-A) and Part 5 on side B (catalogue number 36417-B), (c) contains Part 3 on side A (catalogue number 36416-A) and Part 6 on side B (catalogue number 36416-B), (d) contains Part 2 on side A (catalogue number 36415-A) and Part 7 on side B (catalogue number 36415-B), (e) contains Part 1 on side A (catalogue number 36414-A) and Part 8 on side B (catalogue number 36414-B). |
