Description |
Doll Furniture. A set of brown wicker doll furniture consisting of a loveseat (a), two chairs (b,c) and a table (d). All seats are made of twisted wicker woven in a circular pattern from the centre outwards. The frames are light plywood wrapped in brown wicker. Plywood supports from the legs to the seats and tabletop are painted red. Red wicker, in round and flat styles, is used as decoration around the chair seats, halfway up the backs of the chairs and around their flared backs. Red wicker also decorates the table. The backs of the chairs and loveseat have an open-weave design using single pieces of round wicker. The table has a looped design along its edge. |
