A watercolour painting by Philippa Faulkner entitled, "The Planetarium [sic] or Dawn: Lovely Morning Victoria BC." The scene depicts a multicoloured sky over a white, domed observatory in the top left corner. The observatory building overlooks low hills covered in trees and small building which lead down to the shoreline, with a dock extending into the water on the left side. |
